Chicken A La Forestiere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast filets
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 oz. mushrooms, quartered
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 thick slices bacon, cubed
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. seasoned flour
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/4 c. water
    salt, pepper and chopped parsley
Preparation
    Halve each chicken filet and dust with seasoned flour.
    Melt butter or margarine in a skillet and lightly brown chicken.
    Add bacon and onion; saute until brown.
    Add wine, water, mushrooms and potatoes.
    Mix gently, cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are done.
    Adjust seasoning, if necessary, and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves four.
