Marinated Mushroom Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) can whole mushrooms
    12 cherry tomatoes
    12 stuffed green olives
    3 Tbsp. oil (I use olive)
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms; place in a medium bowl. Prick tomatoes twice with a fork. Add to mushrooms along with olives. Add oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Thread a mushroom, tomato and olive on a toothpick or party pick. Repeat.
