Meatballs With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1 Tbsp. dried black currants
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. dill seed
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 twists of pepper mill
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients very thoroughly.
    Form into meatballs a about the size of golf balls.
    Drop into deep-fry oil one at a time and fry until golden brown.
    Remove to paper toweling to drain. Serve with chili sauce or catsup.
