Baked Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. uncooked quick cooking yellow grits
    2/3 c. uncooked quick cooking white grits
    1 (15 oz.) can yellow hominy
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil in a heavy Dutch oven. Stir in grits. Return to boil. Reduce heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in hominy, butter and cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
