Fat Rascals - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    salad oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour 2 inches of oil in pan.
    Drop batter by teaspoon.
    Fry 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
