Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    4 green onions
    4 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook bacon and put aside.
    Cut potatoes in small pieces and cut onions in small pieces.
    Crumble bacon up and put in frypan. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes; add 1/2 cup water and cover for 20 minutes.
