Tuna Pate(Makes 3 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (can use low-fat)
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans solid white tuna fish, drained
Preparation
    Blend together the first 4 ingredients.
    Stir in tuna fish. Beat well to blend.
    Pack in a 4-cup mold or round bowl.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Excellent on crackers or as a sandwich spread.
