Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 or 2 cans water chestnuts, drained
    2 to 3 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Combine 7 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into a greased 3-quart baking dish. Top with mixture of cracker crumbs and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
