Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, baked
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks; add milk and lemon juice.
    Pour into pie shell. Beat cream of tartar and egg whites until foamy.
    Spread and seal over.
    Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
