Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Cut margarine into flour mixture.
    Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Put dough in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
    Roll out 1/8 inch thick.
    Cut into desired shapes. Bake on greased cookie sheet 6 to 7 minutes at 325\u00b0.
