Sparkling Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can apricot halves, drained
    1 can peach halves, drained
    1 can pear halves, drained
    1 can purple plums (save syrup)
    2 medium apples, sliced
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 pt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Place canned fruit in large bowl.
    Mix allspice with plum syrup.
    Add to fruit in bowl.
    Refrigerate.
    Just before serving, add apples, bananas and cold ginger ale.
