Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Brown beef; drain.
Set aside in microwaveproof bowl.
Cut cheese into pieces and add to beef in bowl, mixing well.
Pour tomatoes over mixture and heat in microwave, stirring occasionally until cheese is completely melted.
