Fat-Free Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. applesauce
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar and baking powder.
    In separate bowl mix applesauce and cocoa.
    Combine with flour mixture.
    Beat in milk and vanilla.
    Pour into 9-inch square or round pan.
    On top of batter, sprinkle brown sugar, sugar and cocoa, one at a time. Do not mix!
    Pour water over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
