Salmon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 whole egg
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour juice in a measuring cup and set aside.
    Break egg in salmon.
    Separate salmon with a fork; add flour.
    Use 1/4 cup salmon juice and add baking powder and stir.
    Let foam; add to mixture and drop by spoon into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serves 4 to 5.
