Chess Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
4 eggs
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt butter.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, stir into melted butter (do not use mixer):
cake mix and egg.
Press mixture down evenly on bottom of pan.
Mix together in bowl (use mixer):
eggs, confectioners sugar, cream cheese and lemon juice.
