Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes.
Place soup mix, oil and potatoes in large bag and shake to coat.
Bake in shallow pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 servings.
