Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. sour cream
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. Ritz cracker crumbs (around 3 doz.)
Preparation

Simmer chicken with small amount of salt until tender.
(I use pressure cooker.)
Bone and cut into small pieces.
Place in rectangular casserole dish.
Add mushrooms.
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
