Mandarin Oranges In A Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. drained canned mandarin oranges
Preparation
    In double boiler top mix gelatin, 1/4 cup sugar and salt. Stir in egg yolks, then slowly stir in milk. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats back of spoon. Remove from heat.
    Stir in lemon peel.
