Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 pkg. broccoli
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter.
Add water and bouillon cubes.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Bring to boil, dissolving bouillon cubes.
Add noodles.
Cook until almost tender.
Add milk, cheese and broccoli.
Reduce heat slightly.
Cook until broccoli is tender.
Full recipe serves 6 to 8.
