Santa Fe Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 can black beans
1 can red beans
1 can pinto beans
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
2 pkg. Taco Seasoning
2 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
water optional
Preparation

Brown ground chuck, onion, and pepper.\tDrain and add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.\tAdd cheese on top of each bowl of soup.
