Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 oz. real bacon bits
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cornbread, crumbled
Preparation

Marinate vegetables and bacon bits in mayonnaise overnight. Before serving, add 2 cups crumbled cornbread.
