Banana Split Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine
2 to 3 bananas, sliced
16 oz. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
4 oz. jar maraschino cherries
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

For crust, mix cracker crumbs and margarine; press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream together next three ingredients and spread over the crust.
Top filling with a layer of sliced bananas dipped in lemon juice to prevent turning brown.
Top bananas with drained crushed pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Garnish with nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
