Red Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground beef, browned
    3 c. cooked red beans (1 1/2 c. dry)
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt to taste (1 to 2 tsp., optional)
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 c. tomato juice or soup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Top with cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
