Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (6 oz.) boneless, skinless, whole chicken breasts
3/4 c. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. soybean oil
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced in oil
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. water
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; rinse and pat dry.
Combine hoisin sauce, soybean oil, sherry, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic and ginger root in a bowl and mix well.
Add chicken, tossing to coat.
Cover and marinate overnight.
