Stuffed Bass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb.) bass fillet or several small fillets
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 green onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 cups moistened bread
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small bell pepper
1 lemon
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Dry fish and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Place fish in a well-greased baking dish.
Melt butter in an iron skillet and saute onion and celery.
Remove from heat; add bread crumbs, bread, egg and seasonings.
Add 2 tablespoons white wine Worcestershire sauce if dry.
Mix thoroughly.
Stuff center of fish with bread stuffing.
Brush with melted butter.
Garnish with thinly sliced bell pepper and lemon twist.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
Serves 6.
