Unbelievably Good Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. butter or margarine
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. loaf unsliced bread
2 egg whites, beaten
drop of Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Melt butter and cheeses over hot water.
Meanwhile, cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
When cheese melts, stir in beaten egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture to coat.
Place on wax paper-lined tray.
Freeze.
