Kolacky (Czechoslovakia) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. warm milk
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
-
Pour warm milk over yeast to dissolve. Combine with remaining ingredients. Place in a large greased bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
