Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large chicken fillets, stripped
    1 medium red bell pepper
    1 medium yellow bell pepper
    1 medium green bell pepper
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Strip chicken breast fillets and brown in wok in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
    Remove chicken.
    Add sliced peppers, onion and minced garlic.
    Add sherry, stirring well.
    Cook until onion is clear (8 minutes).
    Add chicken back to wok; stir well and serve over rice.
