Lauren'S Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (18 oz.) jar plum preserves
1 bottle regular barbecue sauce
5 lb. spareribs
10 oz. soy sauce
Preparation

Boil spareribs in large pot for 1/2 hour.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Drain spareribs, then place in bowl with ingredients and make sure all ribs are covered with sauce.
They are ready to be put on the barbecue or in your broiler about 10 to 15 minutes.
Keep turning and basting.
