Low-Fat Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain rice, cook rice approximately 14 minutes (do not overcook!)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. scallions, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 c. bean sprouts (fresh)
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. frozen shrimp (medium size) *
1 tsp. Louisiana seasoning
low-fat soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

*Defrost shrimp by dropping in hot water.
Drain on paper towels.
