Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped (optional)
dash of pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet and drain.
Mix mayo, milk and cornstarch until smooth.
Stir in sausage, cheese, onion, pepper, eggs and pepper.
Turn into shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
