Creamy Garlic Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 large clove garlic, minced

Preparation

In a small bowl combine oil, sour cream, heavy cream, vinegar, salt and garlic until smooth.
Serve over salad greens.
Yields 1 2/3 cups.
Keep in refrigerator.
