Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 envelope onion soup
1 c. cheese
1 c. chopped green onoin
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
pepper
Preparation

Place meat in casserole and mix envelope of soup.
Mix together mushroom soup and water and add to the casserole.
Add the dry rice, cover and cook one hour at 375\u00b0.
Add 1 cup cheese and 1 cup chopped green onion.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
