Beefsteak Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1 egg, well beaten
    flour
    poultry stuffing
    salt and pepper
    small strips of pork
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pound steak.
    Spread with stuffing to which egg has been added.
    Roll and skewer.
    Dredge with flour, salt and pepper. Place in baking pan.
    Add water and strips of pork.
    Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until meat is tender.
    Baste frequently.
    Serves 8.
