Buttermilk Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup original bisquick mix
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs slightly beaten
Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease bottom only of muffin cups with shortening. Stir all ingredients in large bowl until blended.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. 12 muffins.
