Pumpkin Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big squat pumpkin, hollowed out (sturdy)
    1 lb. assorted beans (12 bean soup pkg. suggested)
    cubed vegetables of your choice (such as onion, carrot, celery, parsnips, potatoes, pumpkin, squash)
    2 bouillon cubes
    2 qt. water
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Boil beans for 1 hour.
    Add vegetables and seasonings and boil for another hour.
    Add more water if necessary.
    Stir often.
    Transfer to hollowed out pumpkin on tray. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with bread or corn muffins.
    Great for Halloween Eve dinners.
