Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, wheat germ, oatmeal, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
    Press 1/2 into a greased 9-inch pan. Cover with rhubarb.
    Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla until clear.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
