New Mexican Posole(A Christmas Traditional Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. coarse ground beef
    1 lb. coarse ground pork
    1 (32 oz.) bag posole
    3 Tbsp. New Mexican hot chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. saffron (optional)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 small can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Add posole to water (rinse it first) and boil until it pops. Add meat and cook until tender.
    Add spices and enchilada sauce. Simmer.
