Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Rome apples
1 Granny Smith apple
1 lemon
3 to 4 stalks celery
1/2 c. pecans
1 can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. white raisins
Preparation

Core, but do not peel apples.
Cut apples into bite size pieces.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over apple pieces to prevent turning brown.
(You will need 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for the dressing.)
String and chop celery.
Chop pecans.
Drain pineapple but retain juice.
Add celery, pecans, pineapple and raisins to apples.
Refrigerate!
