Ragu Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. manicotti shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 minced onion
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 small pkg. (1 to 2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook shells as directed on package.
    Let cool while browning the onion in a skillet.
    Add ground beef and cook until lightly browned; drain.
    Add cottage cheese and mix lightly. Fill shells with mixture.
    Lay in rows in square baking dish.
    Pour Ragu over and top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, checking often to make sure cheese doesn't get too brown.
