Louise'S Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. wild rice, cooked with salt
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter and add to cooked rice.
Add mushrooms and pecans.
Just before serving, add whipping cream.
