Cheezy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes for about 30 minutes, or until almost tender.
    Drain; cool slightly.
    Peel and shred potatoes with grater.
    In large bowl, combine potatoes, cheese and margarine. Stir until margarine is melted.
    Stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Transfer to greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until hot.
    Before serving, sprinkle with paprika.
