Tarragon Chicken Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dried tarragon
    2 celery ribs, cut into 1-inch strips
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. seedless grapes
    1 bunch watercress, chopped
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, arrange chicken in a single layer.
    Pour heavy cream over chicken.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is white all the way through. Remove from oven to cool.
    Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
    In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise and tarragon. Pour mixture over chicken to coat evenly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss well.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Serve at room temperature.
