Ida Anderson Langdon'S Old-Fashioned Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 lemons
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well adding the eggs one at a time. Grate peel from lemons, then cut and juice.
Add juice and all the rind.
(The grated rind is what makes the crust on top.)
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven at least 30 minutes.
From that point, test with a knife.
Remove from oven just before it gets firm.
It will firm up as it cools. (I used a deep-dish pie crust.)
