Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    14 oz. bag caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, butter and 1/3 evaporated milk and put 1/2 of batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
