Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
bell pepper, chopped
medium onion, chopped
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
12 oz. macaroni
grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese for top
Preparation

Brown onion, sausage and pepper in skillet.
Drain off excess grease.
While this is cooking, cook macaroni and drain.
Mix everything together in skillet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle cheese over casserole and melt in oven.
Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
