Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    3 stalks celery, finely diced
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 1/2 or 10 oz. canned clams (optional)
Preparation
    Cook 5 minutes in pressure cooker; let stem return to down position, then add 1 small can of clams with broth.
    Especially tasty with 1 can of Progresso white clam spaghetti sauce added along with the small can of clams.
