Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract or increase vanilla to 1 tsp. and add nutmeg, deleting lemon extract (optional)
    9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add butter and sugar.
    Then add buttermilk, flour and extracts.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
