Oat-Pecan Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. dried sweet basil
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. Baken seasoning
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1 tsp. dried sage
    4 c. rolled oats
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except rolled oats in a large saucepan. Stir well and bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat.
    Stir in rolled oats and immediately remove from heat.
    Cover and set aside to cool.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Form oat mixture into 2-inch patties and place in baking sheets (spray with Pam).
    Bake for 15 minutes on each side.
    Makes approximately 20 burgers.
    Can serve with gravy.
    Can freeze.
