Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. small diced zucchini
1/2 c. margarine, soft
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/3 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Add lemon juice to sour milk; set 5 minutes.
Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Beat with mixer until blended.
Mix all ingredients together.
Mix the two mixtures together.
Stir in diced zucchini.
Spoon batter into 9 x 12-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
No frosting needed.
